Joyeta Biswas Troyee serves as the Chief Executive Coordinator of the Future Flare Foundation (FFF), a youth-led nonprofit organization committed to safeguarding the rights and potential of children and teenagers worldwide. With a focus on psychological well-being, education, and environmental consciousness, Joyeta leads strategic initiatives that empower young people and foster a sustainable future. Her dedication ensures that every child has the opportunity to grow in a safe and supportive environment.

Joyeta is deeply involved in community development and environmental sustainability, spearheading projects that inspire collective action. From organizing flood relief efforts to creating awareness campaigns on environmental issues, she plays a vital role in driving impactful change at the grassroots level.

Joyeta is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Brac University, where she combines academic excellence with her passion for leadership and social impact. Her studies serve as a foundation for her work in fostering sustainable development and empowering communities.
