She is deeply passionate about leadership, creativity, and community empowerment.
She believes that real change comes from within communities, and that fostering youth
involvement and creativity is key to building a brighter future. Outside of her professional
work, Maisa enjoys exploring the world of videography, cinematography, and painting,
using these creative outlets as a way to express herself and connect with others. She also
remains deeply committed to dancing, which allows her to tap into her creative energy while staying active and engaged. Additionally, Maisa is actively involved in volunteering at her university, where she helps design and organize initiatives aimed at social impact, always seeking new ways to combine creativity with social good.
